Shantu Jain

Shantu is an international student at UT. He's of Indian nationality, and was born and brought up in Bahrain. In the past, he has served on the Executive Committee for the Senate of College Councils. He's currently a Roden Scholar in the Roden Leadership Program, an organization that strives to give back to the College of Engineering through leadership, entrepreneurship and service. He is also the head of the Student Consulting International Organization at UT, and organization that consults micro-businesses in impoverished communities around the world and provides them with sustainable solutions. He enjoys playing squash (and sports in general), reading, and making a difference.
